Sounds delicious. Not very Irish, but delicious none the less. I'm thinking thinly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, and grain mustard on a warm and soft pretzel roll. Now, wonderful sandwich...where are you (because I am not making you)?
Kalie, Matthew, and I are headed to a BBQ in the afternoon for our friend Nicole's 30th... I mean 24th again birthday. In the evening Mikala and I have our first babysitter outside of family lined up so we can go out to dinner (Corrati's on Main - Italian Restaraunt in Milford) with some friends then bowling. Needless to say I am sure Mikala will be a mess leaving Matthew with a neighborhood teenager. :)
Probably having leftover Hearty Italian Bean Soup...made it today and have a lot left over! LOL
